My coaching services are designed to help individuals reach their full career potential. I offer private and empathetic one-on-one coaching, ensuring a psychologically safe atmosphere. My coaching approach is tailored to each client, but generally covers goal setting and implementing actionable steps, such as working on certain skills, CV writing or preparing for an interview.

I provide bespoke training services for individuals and organisations to improve performance and achieve their goals. I offer a wide range of solutions, including leadership development, skills training, interviewer training, team building, and more. These programs are customised to meet the specific needs of the client.

Selection Process Design
I specialise in designing effective selection processes to help businesses hire the best candidates. My approach includes job analysis, hiring process design, psychometric assessment, evaluation and interviewer briefing. I also design and deliver assessment centre exercises, interview processes and take-home tests. I work closely with my clients to ensure that the selection process is fair, valid, reliable and robust.

Wellbeing & Resilience
My Wellbeing & Resilience Workshops are designed to encourage both healthy work habits and enhance resilience in the workplace, especially when the stakes are high. The programs aim to help manage stress, cultivate mindfulness and promote overall well-being by furnishing teams with practical strategies to implement in their day-to-day working lives.
About me
I completed my Master's degree in Occupational & Organisational Psychology at the University of Surrey in 2018. Since then, I worked for consultancies across Scotland with various large clients in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, I worked as an in-house specialist at Activision Blizzard (now part of Microsoft).
